Three steps from manual work to a system that runs.
Process Audit
Over 7-10 working days I go through how work actually moves through your business and find where time, enquiries or information get lost. You get a clear plan of priorities, a sketch of the system and a fixed proposal for building it.
System Build
I build a fixed-scope client or internal workflow system: information intake, a dashboard or portal, automatic handoffs and integrations, around the way your team already works.
Every system I build includes a basic technical security review and an access review.
Care and Improvement
After launch the system does not stand alone. I look after hosting, updates and bugs, and each month we spend an agreed amount of time on the improvement that matters most.
Technical security and data flow review
A review of the technical risks, access rights and data flows in your existing systems, with a prioritised list of what to fix. This is not a legal GDPR compliance opinion.
Available on its own, or included as a basic review inside every system build.
Ways to work together.
One path, three steps. Most clients start with the audit and only then decide whether to build.
Over 7-10 working days I map where your process loses time, enquiries or information. You get a clear action plan, a sketch of the system and a fixed proposal for building it.
If you decide to go ahead with the build, the audit fee is credited against the project price.

If I miss an agreed milestone date for reasons on my side, I keep working at no additional labour cost until that milestone is delivered.
